1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using WA Contacts Extractor Pro ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.

2. Description of Service

WA Contacts Extractor Pro is a Chrome browser extension that helps you export WhatsApp group member information (names, phone numbers, admin status) from WhatsApp Web into CSV format.

3. Free and Pro Plans

• Free Plan: 1 export per day. First 20 members shown with full details; remaining members' phone numbers are masked.
• Pro Plan (₹199/month): Unlimited exports with full details of all members. Activated via license key after payment.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the extension only for lawful purposes
• Not use exported data for spamming, harassment, or any illegal activity
• Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service
• Respect the privacy of group members whose data you export
• Not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension

5. Disclaimer

This extension is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. It is an independent third-party tool.

The extension relies on the structure of WhatsApp Web. WhatsApp may change their interface at any time, which could temporarily affect the extension's functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

The extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this extension, including but not limited to loss of data, account restrictions by WhatsApp, or any other consequences.

7. Payment and Refunds

Pro plan payments are processed through Razorpay. Refund requests can be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. License Key

Pro license keys are for personal use only and cannot be shared or resold. We reserve the right to deactivate keys found to be shared or used fraudulently.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
