Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund policy for Pro plan purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Your license key
  • Email address used during purchase
  • Razorpay payment ID / transaction ID
  • Reason for refund (optional)

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

4. After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your Pro license key will be deactivated and you will be reverted to the Free plan.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase
  • Accounts found to be misusing the extension or violating Terms of Service
  • Repeated purchase-and-refund behavior
