The extension simply reads the page content that is already visible on your screen. It does not modify WhatsApp's behavior or send any automated requests. It works like a screen reader for the group info page.
You can only see phone numbers that are already visible to you on WhatsApp Web. If a member's number is saved in your contacts, you'll see their name. If not, you'll see their phone number. Members with strict privacy settings may only show their name.
